The light of Sivananda-Valentina is a spiritual, cultural and educational movement which was founded by Sri Sivananda-Valentina to propagate the holy teachings of her Master, the great saint and yogi of the XXth century, -Sri Swami Sivananda. Her followers continue her aim to spread the Synthesis of Yoga and Vedanta and to promote the Unity of religions and selfless service to one and all.
